A veterinary specialist is a veterinarian with additional training in an accredited veterinary speciality. To become board-certified, they must complete a 2-3 year residency, an original research project, publication in a scientific journal, and completion of a multiple-day comprehensive exam. Once these requirements are met, the resident becomes a diplomate in their specialty, giving pets access to advanced specialized care.

We think of ourselves as an extension of your pet's primary veterinary care. We provide specialty veterinary services that go above and beyond traditional veterinary medicine, and work closely with your primary care veterinarian every step of the way.
